Full Moon Sports has a business relationship with the Elias Sports Bureau, the oldest most reliable stats provider in America. Having spent the last 15 years in the sports online business gives us unique prospective on the importance of accurate statistics.
Our custom statistics packages can be created for a number of different type customers. Full Moon will include accurate statistics-based information packages for print, online or PC applications delivered in yearly statistics dumps.
Full Moon has many contacts with the Sports Industry and will be glad to assist you in selecting the correct statistics partner for daily stats feeds and/or real-time stats feeds.
Service is Key!
We know how frustrating it is to be in the first week of a new season, have the statistics come in with a mistake and not be able to get in touch with someone to get it fixed. Full Moon has a call schedule so that someone will be responsible (on-call) for every possible issue 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You will also have the pager number for every employee including the President.
Games are played on Christmas, New Years Day, Thanksgiving and Fourth of July. You can bet that we will be available to answer your questions and in the unlikely case that something is wrong, we will get it fixed with the lightning speed your customers deserve.
